OVERVIEW
Redesigning Lush’s website in a way that is easy to follow, organized, and still clearly branded.
PROBLEM
A disconnect between the brand and website.
Lush's brand focuses on creating sustainable and ethical products with minimal packaging, which their current UI doesn't reflect.
SOLUTION
A clean and ethical design.
Design a clean, elegant UI that fits Lush and their brand values of being sustainable and ethical, while making the buying process smoother.
DISCOVERY
First, we researched competitors.
Before designing, I started to look at a few brands in the same space as Lush and analyzed their website, looking how engaging it is and how well it was designed.

I analyzed the current UI and noted down what stood out and what could be improved.

Before moving onto designing the user interface, I designed wireframes to organize content and serve as a basis for the redesign.

DESIGN

The new design serves to make the purchasing process smoother and more intuitive by incorporating brand colors and organizing information clearly.

Making sure a website is responsive is important. Websites should be consistent across all breakpoints.

This design works for both light and dark mode.
